Xavier Legette is One of the Top Fantasy Football ADP Risers This Week!

The Average Draft Position of players continues to change as more NFL OTAs heat up – here are a few players with movement to be aware of heading into your drafts this week.
A lot of new impressions are being made across the NFL this week, with multiple media sessions being available to the public. If you follow the NFL, then you’ve undoubtedly seen several clips of players making insane catches or the “tightest” spiral ever over the past few days.
So many players look good, but a big part of fantasy football is making note of what’s important. Below, I’ll touch on some of the biggest movers for ADP (average draft position) this week and give you some valuable insight into what’s important and what isn’t.

Fantasy Football ADP Updates (with consistency) – 5/27/2025 Fantasy Football: ADP
WR Xavier Legette CAR
Xavier Legette popped up on our list last week with a +17.2 ADP rise, and he’s again among the top movers this week with a +11.5 ADP jump. Just as I mentioned last week, there are a lot of reasons to like Legette for this upcoming fantasy season, but let’s take a look at what’s happened recently.
The Carolina Panthers have hit the ground running in camp, and Head Coach Dave Canales has had some glowing things to say about Legette. “He looks big and fast”. And “They are wired the right way” are some quotes from Canales referring to Xavier and rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan. Adding Tetairoa to the receiver room in Carolina could be huge for Legette.

(ADP +11.5, pick 136.4, Rostered 33.4% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Legette had some rookie ups and downs last year, which was expected. A big part of that was that Carolina primarily began running Xavier as the “X” receiver following their week 11 bye. It wasn’t a great fit. This season, it’s expected that McMillan will fill the “X” role in the offense per camp reports. This change allows Xavier to get back to work as the “Z” receiver, where he’s much more comfortable.
Canales and the Panthers expect a big jump for Legette this season. Canales said, “I think we got that guy”. Referring to Legette when asked about them having a number 1 wide receiver. The coaching staff believes they even had a plan in getting McMillan to fill the “X” role, and that’s enough for me. I’ll be taking a lot of shots on Legette if he continues to be available in the 10th or 11th round of drafts.
WR Jauan Jennings SF Fantasy Football: ADP.
Jauan Jennings is one of those guys who snuck up on most people in fantasy football outside of San Francisco. Prior to last season, Jennings’ career high in receiving yards was 416 across his first three seasons. This past season, he burst onto the scene and just missed a 1,000-yard season (975 yards on 77 receptions in 15 games).
Jennings had filled in admirably in the past when wide receivers like Deebo Samuel or Brandon Aiyuk missed time, but he never had a full-time role. That all changed in 2024 when Jauan got ten starts across the fifteen games he played in (he only had 7 starts combined across his first three seasons).
(ADP +4.8, pick 98.5, Rostered 83.6% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Jennings was tied for WR28 last season in fantasy points per gam,e averaging 14.0 points. That was more points per game than Tyreek Hill (12.8), D.K. Metcalf (12.7), and Zay Flowers (12.3), who were all drafted well before Jauan. With Deebo leaving town for Washington and Aiyuk coming back from a serious injury (ACL/MCL in week 4) it appears Jennings is the WR1 for the 49ers to start the season.
In 2024, Jennings showed how good he could be in the last half of the season (9 weeks). During those weeks, he averaged 8.5 targets per game and 14.12 points per game (PPR). He’s ranked around WR40 right now and going in the 8th round. That’s still too low, and I expect we’ll see him continue to move closer to the WR30 as the offseason progresses (where he should be).
WR Adam Thielen CAR
We’ve seen this a couple of times already this offseason where a riser corresponds with a faller from the same team. This time, we’re looking at Adam Thielen, the aging wide receiver in Carolina. It’s not surprising that he’s falling as hype continues to pour in for Tetairoa McMillan and Xavier Legette (covered above).
Thielen is going to turn 35 years old before the season kicks off. Father Time has been undefeated in taking players’ fantasy value away, and this won’t be an exception. Amazingly, he was averaging 4.5 receptions and 61.5 yards per game last year despite missing seven games (week 4 through week 10). Banking on that kind of production again is a fool’s errand at Adam’s age.

Carolina loves Adam’s veteran presence and is hoping the young guys pick up his work ethic. They would also like to see the youngsters improve. Being a veteran, we’re unlikely to hear much hype during the offseason for Adam. No news and hype for other WRs will continue to see him fall in ADP.
All of that said, right now, Adam is being drafted in the mid to late 12th round. When he’s healthy, he’s been Bryce Young‘s security blanket (WR28 last year in points per game). Due to his age and injury concerns, though, I would rather grab some upside at his current price. Players with upside I like more: Cedric Tillman, Jayden Higgins, and Kyle Williams are all currently ranked around Thielen.
RB Isiah Pacheco KC Fantasy Football: ADP
In fantasy football, managers have been enamored with the Kansas City Chiefs’ offense since the Patrick Mahomes era started. Isiah Pacheco has been a beneficiary of that offense and has shown that he belongs in the RB2 conversation.
We’re one year removed from Pacheco averaging 15.3 points per game. He placed in the top 15 for all running backs that season. It’s easy to forget how good he really was during that time frame. Due to injury, he finished last season down the stretch, only averaging 5 PPG (fractured fibula in week 2).
(ADP +3.2, pick 89.7, Rostered 86.3% on ESPN redraft/snake)
The burst just wasn’t there for Isiah to end the season, but we’ve seen other running backs come back from this type of injury (Rashaad Penny and Tony Pollard). A full recovery is expected to take 3-6 months, so this injury is in the rearview mirror for Pacheco. Another plus, he’s already been spotted at OTAs with Mahomes. The Chiefs also didn’t bring in much competition as they drafted Brashard Smith in the 7th round and signed Elijah Mitchell.
Pacheco has seen a small uptick in ADP, and he’s currently going around RB30 in drafts. In the middle of the 7th round is too late for Pacheco. K.C. is a fantasy gold mine. Getting their RB1 that late, who just last year was a 2nd-round pick, is a steal.
RB Tank Bigsby JAX Fantasy Football ADP
The Jacksonville Jaguars’ offense is going to be talked about a ton this offseason. From their top draft pick, Travis Hunter, to Trevor Lawrence, to their running back competition. Tank Bigsby appears to be in a three-way competition for the RB1 spot in Jacksonville.
Some recent news as of Tuesday (5/27/25) indicated that Travis Etienne wasn’t seen at OTAs. This has led to a lot of speculation that he may be on the trade block. Etienne is a former 1st round pick and is the incumbent RB1 in Jacksonville.
(ADP +2.8, pick 135.1, Rostered 70.4% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Tank is coming off a season where he seemed to at least move into 1a/1b territory with Etienne. In games last season where Bigsby got 12+ carries, he averaged 14.58 points per game. If Jacksonville moves on from Travis, it could be huge. Bigsby’s per-game average would’ve had him at RB19 just ahead of Bucky Irving (14.4) and Aaron Jones (14.2) in points per game.
The Jaguars did draft two running backs, Bhayshul Tuten (4th round) and LeQuint Allen (7th round), last month in the NFL draft. The two picks are more of rotational pieces in Jacksonville, as Bigsby is already getting first-team reps. Getting a potential top 20 running back in the early 11th is extreme value.
TE Travis Kelce KC Fantasy Football ADP
This feels weird. Hall of Fame-bound tight end is showing up on the fallers list. Yep. As I said in the Thielen write-up, Father Time gets everyone eventually.
Travis Kelce continues to be a part of the vaunted Kansas City Chiefs offense. However, he’s no longer a focal point (his last two seasons are his worst since 2015). Travis will also turn 36 years old during the regular season. These things have fantasy managers drafting him lower than ever.
(ADP -3.9, pick 68.3, Rostered 94.3% on ESPN redraft/snake)
The Chiefs have a receiving room that’s on the upward swing. Rashee Rice, Xavier Worthy, and Marquise Brown are all getting attention as potential top-end wide receivers. With that, Travis Kelce drops from his usual TE1 spot to TE9 in drafts right now (mid to late 5th round pick).
Last year, Kelce still had 50% of his games registered as a TE1 (8/16 in the top 12 at the position). He’s been the TE1 for so many years that 12.2 PPG and a TE5 overall finish seems bad. The point being, he’s still a top TE, and if he’s playing, then he’s worth a top 10 tight end pick.
