Week 13 in NFL Fantasy Football means we need to take a look at Week 12’s “Who’s Hot & Who’s Not” based on the consistency model.

Twelve weeks of the NFL season have passed, and it’s time to really dig in on the performances of these players. In this week’s edition of Who’s Hot and Who’s Not, we’ll dive into standout performances in recent weeks from Michael Wilson and Travis Etienne, while determining the appropriate level of concern for Lamar Jackson and Cooper Kupp.

Who’s Hot & Who’s Not – 11/25/2025 – Week 13 NFL Fantasy Football
Who’s Hot!
Travis Etienne, Jacksonville Jaguars
Everyone wants Bhayshul Tuten to ascend in the Jacksonville running back room, but Etienne won’t budge. Etienne has played at least half of the snaps in every game this season, whereas Tuten has yet to reach 33% in any game this season. Tuten will be involved, and that won’t change. However, since the team’s Week 8 bye, Etienne has put up 15+ fantasy points in four straight games. In fact, across Weeks 9-12, Etienne is a top-10 fantasy running back! With that in mind, continue riding the consistent production from Etienne!
Chase Brown, Cincinnati Bengals
Much like Etienne, Brown has been rock solid for fantasy managers the past few weeks. Brown is handling an elite workload as Samaje Perine has been on the shelf. Over the last three games, Brown has played 88.9% of the snaps, handled 80% of the team’s carries, all while handling a 20% target share, per FantasyPoints Data. His 21.3 expected fantasy points per game is third-best over the last four weeks, per FantasyPoints Data. Even when Perine returns, don’t bench this guy for any reason.
Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals
In the two games Marvin Harrison Jr. has missed, Wilson has been phenomenal. Wilson has 25 receptions on 33 targets for 303 yards over the last two weeks. Even when MHJ returns, Wilson has earned the trust of quarterback Jacoby Brissett. All of the injuries at the running back position have forced Arizona to be rather pass-happy, and that isn’t going to change! Hence, I expect Wilson to be a solid source of clutch games moving forward, even with Harrison’s impending return.
Who’s Not!
Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
Something is up with Lamar and the Ravens. Admittedly, I don’t know what it is. Jackson has just one touchdown in November, and despite the team going 3-0 with 20+ points in each game, he’s averaging just 174 passing yards (19 rushing yards) per game in three November games. Is he still injured? Is the Baltimore offense just in a funk? Since returning from injury in Week 9, Jackson is the QB25 in fantasy points per game. To put it in perspective, he’s behind the likes of Michael Penix, Cam Ward, and Geno Smith.
Cooper Kupp, Seattle Seahawks
Prior to the Rashid Shaheed trade, Kupp played 74.7% of the team’s snaps. He also had a 15.8% target share across those seven games. In three games since Shaheed joined the team, while Kupp’s target share has remained steady at 15.9%, his snap share is down to 70.8%, per FantasyPoints Data. Kupp hasn’t scored double-digit fantasy points in a game since Week 6, and clutch games have been few and far between. Unfortunately, there’s not much optimism that things will get better moving forward either.
Chig Okonkwo, Tennessee Titans
Okonkwo has just two games this year with double-digit fantasy points, with the last one coming back in Week 6. Furthermore, rookie tight end Gunnar Helm has outscored Okonkwo over the last two weeks. Okonkwo is the “established” veteran; however, could the team opt for youth moving forward? Okonkwo is set to be a free agent, and if the team isn’t going to retain him, why wouldn’t they want to see more of the rookie Helm? Okonkwo’s chances at clutch games, and perhaps snaps, is trending down. Tennessee could turn its eyes to the future the rest of the way, and they should.
