On to NFL Wild Card Week DFS! The NFL DFS landscape is open with all kinds of opportunities and chaos. The challenge is balancing cheap value with trustworthy production. The goal is simple: stay consistent, cash in, and climb into the green.
Navigating the Slate
This week’s DFS slate is the same as others; injuries, depth chart changes, and other key roster moves have us scrambling.
Our final lineup reflects a “consistently cash” mindset — the kind of structure aimed at 50/50s and double-ups, not high-risk tournaments. It’s about profit through balance, not boom-or-bust swings.
QB – Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars ($6100)
Lawrence ended the season with seven straight clutch games and was our second most clutch QB on the season at 71%, trailing only Drake Maye. After throwing three picks in a win against Arizona, Lawrence has just one interception over the last six games with 15 touchdowns in that span. The Bills have been stout against fantasy QBs, but I’ll take the hot streak the Jacksonville offense is on at home.

RB – Josh Jacobs, Green Bay Packers ($6300)
Jacobs getting to rest in Week 18 should most certainly help a nagging knee injury that bothered him a bit down the stretch. When he’s on the field, he’s a workhorse back who very well could lead all RBs in carries this weekend. Over the final six weeks of the season, the Bears allowed the 10th-most yards before contact per attempt, and league’s lowest stuff rate, per FantasyPoints Data. Jacobs is a touchdown machine, and I’d expect Green Bay to heavily rely on Jacobs in this one. Good volume at a very, very affordable price on DraftKings’ Saturday-Monday slate.
Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams ($6400)
The Panthers finished the regular season allowing the ninth most fantasy points to RBs and LAR is going to want to establish that run. I almost feel as though Williams is too cheap with the amount of work he will get. Sure, Blake Corum has gotten more carries in recent weeks, and should see the ball a bit. However, Williams was 82% consistent and should record a playoff clutch game this week.

WR – Nico Collins, Houston Texans ($7200)
Let’s get some action in the Monday night game with Houston’s WR1! Collins got to rest up in Week 18, and he’s a big play waiting to happen. He averaged over 20 yards per reception over his last three games, and if you look at his playoff game logs for his career, you’ll be quite excited. He’s crushed man coverage all season, and aside from maybe Joey Porter Jr., I don’t think the Pittsburgh secondary has a good answer for Collins. When things break down, C.J. Stroud is looking for Collins, and the two have hooked up on numerous occasions on those “backyard” style plays. We saw Lamar Jackson and Zay Flowers connect on one of those in Week 18, and I could see Stroud and Collins doing that on Monday.
Parker Washington, Jacksonville Jaguars ($5000)
Buffalo-Jacksonville should be the highest scoring game, and Washington being only $5,000 is quite interesting, given the fact that he’s posted 19+ DraftKings points in three straight games. He leads Jacksonville’s wideouts in target share (22.6%), yards per route run (3.45), and fantasy points per game over the past four weeks, per FantasyPoints Data, and let me tell you this. Buffalo has played a lot of two-high safeties down the stretch, and over the final six weeks of the season, Washington posted an otherworldly 4.42 yards per route run.
Luther Burden III, Chicago Bears ($4600)
Burden owns three clutch games in his last five outings, but has been anything but consistent over the entire season. He seemed to be more locked in with Caleb Williams in the second half of the year. Burden was targeted at least five times in each of the final seven games, except for the season finale against Detroit. The Pack has been middle of the road when it comes to defending the position, and allowed 18 touchdowns to wideouts in 2025. The price point here is perfect.

Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills ($4000)
Sub-$4,000 for Kincaid this week against Jacksonville? Sign me up! Kincaid has crushed zone coverage this season, and the Jaguars LOVE playing zone defense. He’s had some notable performances this season, and with no true threat at WR, I’d expect Kincaid’s prowess against zone looks to be something Josh Allen looks at early and often. The Jaguars allowed the 10th-most fantasy points per game to tight ends on the season, and this game should be the highest-scoring game all weekend.
