NFL Week 4 Game of Fantasy Points: Monday Double-Header

Welcome Back! Big Guy Fantasy Sports is thrilled to bring you another year of the best in NFL consistency rankings and championship fantasy football strategy.

It’s Monday night, and after last night’s anti-climactic TIE (40-40, Cowboys vs. Packers), we’re all excited for two more games. NFL Week 4 Game of Fantasy Points has been led by some rookie breakouts. Which game tonight previews as the best for fantasy football purposes?

I mentioned last week that this might stick, and I got some good feedback on it, so here we are! Similar to last week, I’ll review the NFL Week 4 games up to the Monday night games (this week it’s a double-header).

Which games profiled as the best for fantasy consistency purposes, and which games actually delivered? I’ll also give a preview of the games tonight for fantasy consistency.

Notes from the Highest Projected Games

The NFL week 4 top projected consistency games were filled with high scorers and even a tie game. Due to that, this week, each game had eight or more Clutch Players. Additionally, three of the four games had forty-seven or more points scored, and the tie game had 80!

Featured the QB1 (Prescott), RB2 (Jacobs), WR1 (Nacua), and TE2 (Warren)

Despite the lower-scoring game in Arizona on Thursday, the game still featured 8 players scoring double-digit points (all clutch games). Despite neither QB registering a Clutch Game, 4 RBs did. This game also featured a crucial growing moment for Marvin Harrison Jr., one that appears as if he found his groove. Fantasy players will need to keep an eye on Lamar Jackson, who left Sunday’s game early with a hamstring injury.

NFL Week 4 Monday Night Football, game 1, Jets at Dolphins (-2.5)

Tonight has two games on the slate. The first game features the New York Jets visiting the Miami Dolphins in a divisional matchup. These two have met many times, and over the last 5 years, the Dolphins have an 8-2 record in head-to-head matchups.

The game is projected to have 7 Clutch performers. I expect big things tonight from Garrett Wilson as the Dolphins are decimated at cornerback. Tyreek Hill should give Wilson a run for his money as the WR with the most receiving yards. This game should be fun, but it won’t compete for the “Fantasy Game of Points Game of the Week”. That title belongs to the Packers vs. the Cowboys. Final score: 27-23, Dolphins.

NFL Week 4 Monday Night Football, game 2, Bengals at Broncos (-7.5)

The second game features the Cincinnati Bengals traveling to Denver to take on the Broncos. This isn’t a divisional matchup, so these two teams have only met up 34 times. In those matchups, the Broncos hold the edge with a record of 22-12.

The game, like the Jets/Dolphins game, is also projected to have 7 Clutch performers. I think Ja’Marr Chase will be difficult for the Broncos to contain as a true alpha-WR, something the Broncos seem to struggle against. Due to that, I like Bo Nix to get going early and look for a big game with a TD catch from Courtland Sutton as he duels with Chase. Again, it won’t match the Packers/Cowboys game, but this game will have some fireworks. Final score, 33-24, Broncos.
