Fantasy Football Consistency Forecast Tool: Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Week 1
Every week Pru Patel highlights two players at the running back, wide receiver and tight end positions using our Fantasy Football Consistency Forecast tool. Each position will have a starter that has a concerning fantasy football consistency rating matchup. Here are the recommended Start ‘Em and Sit ‘Em for week 1 of the 2023 NFL season. –@ThePruPatel
Start ‘Em: Travis Etienne
Travis Etienne has seen a decline in his fantasy football stock. He had the same hype as Jahmyr Gibbs coming out of college. Etienne was a high end RB 2 in the back half of the 2022 season. He now gets to face an Indianapolis defense that gave up 20 fantasy points per game to the running back position. Looking at Etienne’s fantasy football consistency performance against a BAD defense, he scored more than 10 FPts in all three games facing a BAD rushing defense in 2022.
