On to NFL Week 18 DFS! The NFL DFS landscape is open with all kinds of opportunities and chaos. The challenge is balancing cheap value with trustworthy production. The goal is simple: stay consistent, cash in, and climb into the green.
Navigating the Slate
This week’s DFS slate is the same as others; injuries, depth chart changes, and other key roster moves have us scrambling.
Our final lineup reflects a “consistently cash” mindset — the kind of structure aimed at 50/50s and double-ups, not high-risk tournaments. It’s about profit through balance, not boom-or-bust swings.
QB – Jaxson Dart, New York Giants ($5700)
At just $5,700 on DraftKings, we’ll gladly take a swing at Dart’s upside against a Dallas defense that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to quarterbacks on the season! The rookie QB has posted 20+ DK points in four of his last six games, and his production in the rushing attack elevates his fantasy floor. I believe he’s too cheap at this price in this matchup, and it’s not every week you can get a QB with this type of upside under $6,000 when Vegas thinks this game is going for 50+ points.

RB – Jaydon Blue, Dallas Cowboys ($4300)
This game has hovered around a 50-point total in Vegas, and with the potential of being one of the higher-scoring games, we want max exposure! With Javonte Williams out, Blue figures to handle the RB1 duties against the Giants. NYG has given up the fifth most fantasy points to RBs this season, and with the Cowboys’ season over, he should get plenty of work. Blue’s season high in carries came in October in a blowout loss to Denver, so he should be plenty fresh. It will most likely be a chalky play at the price, but he’s hard to pass up at that price.
James Cook, Buffalo Bills ($7900)
He’s 81% consistent on the season, and will end the season on a high note against a Jets defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points to RBs. In Week 2 against the same terrible Jets, Cook went for 132 yards and two touchdowns. He’s a little pricey, but the Bills will want to take a bit of the load off Josh Allen. Sean McDermott has said getting Cook the rushing title is on his mind as Cook heads into the game as the NFL rushing leader. He should see plenty of carries.

Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals ($6600)
No Marvin Harrison Jr. in Week 18 means that Wilson is set to end the year on a high note. He’s scored a touchdown in four straight games, and the last time he faced this Rams team without MHJ on the field, he totaled 142 receiving yards and two scores! The Rams have allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to perimeter receivers over the last six weeks, and the most fantasy points per game overall to the wide receiver position in the previous four weeks! Fire up Wilson with extreme confidence in Week 18.
Luther Burden, Chicago Bears ($5300)
Burden is coming off his best game of the year, where he caught eight of nine targets for 138 yards and a touchdown! Rome Odunze did not practice on Thursday, so if he misses this game, it would be DJ Moore and Burden serving as the team’s top two receivers in a fantasy-friendly matchup against the Lions! Detroit’s secondary is banged up, and they’ve allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to wideouts on the year. Keep an eye on Rome Odunze’s status leading up to Sunday, but if he’s out, or the Bears just hold him out in an attempt to be healthy for the postseason, expect Burden to be a big part of the game plan.
George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys ($7200)
It’s been a monster season for Pickens, as he surpassed CeeDee Lamb as the WR1 in 2025. He’s seen 134 targets this season, and Week 18 should be more of the same. Pickens will head to free agency, and he’s done nothing but make himself a boatload of money heading into 2026. His first time out against NYG, he went for five grabs, 68 yards, and a score. I look for Dak to target him a little more as Lamb, even though healthy, has had some nagging injuries, and he may not be as involved since the Cowboys’ season is over.

Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints ($4200)
The Falcons have been tough on tight ends for the better part of this season, but they’ve allowed the 12th-most fantasy points per game to the position over the last four weeks. The intrigue with Johnson here is that Chris Olave is set to miss this game, which vacates a ton of targets. Johnson should be the beneficiary of that, and with Olave out there in recent weeks, he was still averaging over 5 targets per game over the last four weeks. With an uptick in volume, I like taking a chance on Johnson in the team’s season finale.
