NFL Week 14 Game of Fantasy Points: Eagles at Chargers!

Are you ready for some football? It’s Monday Night Football! The Philadelphia Eagles travel to SoFi Stadium to take on the Los Angeles Chargers. Will this be a shootout for NFL Week 14?

NFL Week 14 gives us a pretty good game on paper, but both teams have issues. The Eagles are on the verge of a meltdown, and Chargers QB Justin Herbert is banged up. This week, five games went over 50 points, and four of those had 60+! As for the Monday Night game, the Eagles are -2.5 favorites versus the Chargers. For fantasy scoring, our current King of the Week is Josh Allen, who scored 37.8 points in a huge win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Including Allen, we had four 35+ point scorers.

Notes from the Highest Projected Games

Josh Allen, who’s the fantasy king of the week with his 37.8 points, remains QB1 overall on the season. Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery finally seemed to hit their stride in the Thursday Night game with Sonic finishing as RB1 and Knuckles finishing as RB17 for the week. This week, there were 3 QBs, 3 RB, 5 WRs, and 1 TE who scored 25+ fantasy points. This week had six games that had 7+ Clutch Players! The QB position is hitting it’s groove, 12 QBs accomplished a Clutch Game this week!

Featured the QB1 (Allen), QB3 (Burrow), QB4 (Stafford), RB1 (Gibbs), RB3 (Corum), WR1 (Wilson), WR2 (Nacua), WR4 (Higgins), WR5 (Flournoy), TE2 (Gesicki) and TE3 (Knox)

Trey McBride dropped to TE11 for the week, but did hit another Clutch Game. Some unexpected fantasy performances from this week were Michael Wilson as WR1, Ryan Flournoy as WR5, Blake Corum as RB3, Harold Fannin Jr. as TE1, and Shedeur Sanders as QB2. That Browns’ duo might be legit. Jacoby Brissett continues to roll along, nothing but Clutch Games (8 for 8 as a starter).

NFL Week 14 Monday Night Football, Eagles (-2.5) at Chargers

Tonight’s game features the Eagles versus the Chargers at SoFi Stadium in California. Both teams need a win tonight for momentum. The best Clutch Performer in this game is Jalen Hurts, who is QB5 in Clutch Ratio at 75%. There are five players in this game who feature between 50%-70%. This game is projected for 5 Clutch Players and doesn’t profile as the “Fantasy Game of Points” of the week.

The 5 expected Clutch Players based on the Consistency Reports and the matchup are: 3 from Philadelphia (Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley, and Dallas Goedert), and 2 from Los Angeles (Ladd McConkey and Oronde Gadsden Jr.). The Eagles defense can get after the QB and with Herbert banged up I’m afraid he won’t be able to sustain enough drives to compete. Even at home, I believe the Chargers fall in a sloppy game: 27-17, Eagles.
