Week 12 NFL Fantasy Start/Sits: QB
START – Brock Purdy – SF vs. CAR
Carolina has actually been solid against fantasy QBs, allowing the 8th fewest fantasy points to the position. This is more about Brock Purdy and how he looked in his return from injury than the matchup. Purdy looked sharp against Arizona in Week 11, completing 73% of his passes with three touchdowns and zero turnovers. The ‘Niners will get the Panthers at home, so that the cross-country road trip could be a disadvantage for Carolina.
SIT – Daniel Jones – IND @ KC
As a Colts fan, I hope I’m wrong about this one. KC has been solid against fantasy QBs on the season, being in the top third against fantasy signal callers. Jones has posted five straight clutch games and is 70% consistent on the season, but this could be a tough one as KC remains one of the toughest places to play. If the Chiefs focus on Jonathan Taylor, it will be up to Jones to step up and win. The question is, can he?
Week 12 NFL Fantasy Start/Sits: RB
START – Seattle RB – @ TEN
I think both Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet are in play here, as Tennessee is one of the worst in the league against fantasy RB. Walker seemed to get back on track in Week 11 with over 100 total yards and his first touchdown since Week 3 against New Orleans. Charbonnet should be able to get enough involvement to be a solid flex play in most leagues. Seattle HC Mike Macdonald said he would like to get the ball in Walker’s hands a bit more. I look for him to put up at least one TD, and Charbonnet should be involved on passing downs enough to pay off in Week 12.
SIT – Cardinals RB – vs. JAX
Trey Benson could be back this week, but it’s unclear what his workload will look like, and he figures to be a bit rusty. Of the backs behind Benson, Demercado is the most explosive, and he will sit in Week 12. What we know is Michael Carter and Bam Knight will be in the lineup against a Jaguars run defense that has allowed the fifth fewest fantasy points to RB. Look elsewhere if you can

Week 12 NFL Fantasy Start/Sits: WR
START – Michael Wilson – ARI vs. JAX
As much as I dislike the Cardinals RBs, Wilson is one of my favorite starts this week. Hopefully, you were able to pluck him off waivers and benefit from the huge clutch game he posted in Week 11 (15 receptions on 18 targets for 185 yards). I’m not expecting an output like that again, but it will be tough for the Cards to get the run game going, and they will need to rely on a passing attack without Marvin Harrison Jr. for a second straight week. Wilson will be the guy again in a favorable matchup.
SIT – Xavier Worthy – KC vs. IND
I feel like I’ve been picking on Worthy in this article, but he’s getting to the point of being a bench player in most formats. He’s been above 53 yards just once this season, and has a combined 48 over his last two games. On the bright side, he’s averaging six targets per game over the last three, but hasn’t been able to generate that into fantasy production. The Colts’ secondary is much improved with the addition of Sauce Gardner. Charvarius Ward logged full practices, so we should see him suit up against his former team. Week 12 NFL Fantasy Start/Sits: TE
START – Hunter Henry – NE @ CIN
It’s been a while since he’s recorded a clutch game, but the Bengals are the cure for your TE woes. Cincy is the worst against fantasy TE, and has allowed 12 touchdowns to the position. Henry has scored in the other two games he’s played against AFC North teams, and figures to put up a clutch game here. One of the easiest start calls of the week.
Sit – Juwan Johnson – NO vs. ATL
Atlanta has allowed just 32 grabs to the position thus far. Johnson faded away a bit, and yes, he’s posted four straight clutch games, but it will be a tough go this week. With Tyler Shough at the controls, he should still see a fair amount of targets, but Atlanta’s defense should lock him up
