Week 11 brings a challenging NFL DFS landscape. Injuries and bye weeks have shaken depth charts, creating both opportunity and chaos. The challenge is balancing cheap value with trustworthy production. The goal is simple: stay consistent, cash in, and climb into the green.
Navigating the Slate
This week’s DFS slate is difficult. Injuries have opened value, but that also makes it easy to overspend in the wrong places. There’s a temptation to use salary just because it’s there. With lead backs sitting out and big names missing, this build leans on value where it matters most while finding stability in proven players.
The final lineup reflects a “consistently cash” mindset — the kind of structure aimed at 50/50s and double-ups, not high-risk tournaments. It’s about profit through balance, not boom-or-bust swings.
Quarterback:
QB Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers – ($6300)
Herbert has posted four clutch games out of his last five, and sits third in the league in passing yards. He will get the newly found weapon, Oronde Gadsden, back this week (who you just might see later in this article) to pair with his talented WR group. The Chargers will face a Jaguars defense that has been the most generous to fantasy quarterbacks over the last three weeks. Herbert is my favorite QB this week.

RB – Jaylen Warren, Pittsburgh Steelers – ($6100)
Go check out the Prop It Like It’s Hot article, because you’ll see Warren pop up there as well! This is a very soft price point for Warren, as he’s taking on a Bengals team that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs. Furthermore, they can’t defend zone concept runs, and Warren has primarily been a zone runner this season! No team has been worse at defending zone runs than the Bengals, and the Steelers have come out and said Warren could get more touches. What more do you want from a guy who is 75% consistent on the year, taking on a putrid defense priced at $6,100?
RB – Woody Marks, Houston Texans – ($5400)
Back in Week 4, Marks put up 100+ total yards with two touchdowns against this Tennessee defense, to sit behind Nick Chubb in Week 5. However, since the team’s bye week, Marks has handled double-digit carries in all four games, while handling 56.5% of the snaps, 43.7% of the team’s carries, and a decent 8.7% target share. Chubb isn’t going away, but Marks is the more explosive back, and based on comments from Head Coach DeMeco Ryans, it seems like Houston is willing to lean on the rookie(s) more in the offense. The Titans have allowed the third-most yards per carry on man/gap concept runs, and Marks has excelled on those carries since the bye, posting 4.28 YPC and a 52.0% success rate, per FantasyPoints.

WR – Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($7200)
Egbuka is the lead dog right now in the Tampa Bay WR room due to injury. He will be that guy from here on out. That said, Baker Mayfield needs him involved if they plan on making the playoffs. He’s 67% consistent on the season and has 34 targets over the last three games. The Bills are middle of the road when it comes to allowing fantasy points to WRs, so there should be enough production to justify the price this week.
Tee Higgins, Cincinnati Bengals – ($6000)
The Steelers have allowed the most fantasy points on the year to opposing wideouts, not to mention the second-most fantasy points per game to perimeter receivers, per FantasyPoints. If Pittsburgh is going to continue to play a lot of man coverage, that stands to benefit Higgins, as he has a very healthy 2.31 yards per route run against man coverage this season, per FantasyPoints. Everyone loves to call out Ja’Marr Chase’s 23 targets against the Steelers earlier this season, but don’t lose sight of the fact that Higgins had six catches for 96 yards and a TD in that game on 10 targets. After opening the year with a measly 25% clutch rate through the first four weeks of the season, he’s logged five straight clutch games in a row, and with Joe Flacco under center, he’s the WR5 in PPR formats.
Jauan Jennings, San Francisco 49ers – ($5100)
Jennings is also mentioned in our start/sit this week as well, which is amazing considering some of the poor outputs he’s had. To be fair, he’s been pretty banged up, so he’s either healthy or he’s pushing through. Either way, it’s come at just the right time. He’s reached the end zone in each of his last two, and is averaging seven targets over his last four games. The Cardinals have given up some big days to fantasy WR over the past three weeks, so Jennings should be able to put up a clutch game in Week 11 and produce for our lineup.

TE – Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers – ($4600)
Gadsden left last week’s game banged up, but he still managed to get six targets in that game. Jacksonville has allowed the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends this season. A tight end has scored against the Jags in five of the last six weeks, including four TDs in the previous two weeks! Gadsden projects quite well in this game.

D/ST – Buccaneers, ($2500)
Mainly a cost-saving move here, as you never want your defense to face the reigning NFL MVP, but the Bucs are in the top ten in both sacks and interceptions, and have been a solid unit all around. Here’s hoping they can keep the score down and force a turnover or two. Buffalo mustered just 13 points the last time out against a poor Miami unit.
