Consistent Undervalued - WR

Bob Lung gives you some of the “secret” undervalued players from his 2019 Fantasy Football Consistency Guide! Follow him on Twitter @bob_lung

Every year as Fantasy owners head into their drafts, they are always looking for the “sleepers” or undervalued players. The Clutch Games system identifies undervalued players that most systems can’t. These are the players who are consistent week after week but don’t normally have huge games. These players slip down and can be drafted at great value.

I will identify those picks who are undervalued based on their current ADP’s from Fantasy Football Calculator.com. This way if you want to pick a player early, you can and still get good value based on what round you draft them. Or you can wait until the middle or late rounds and get great value just as easily. It’s your call!  Let’s take a look at the wide receivers.

Larry Fitzgerald

Another year and another appearance here for Larry Fitzgerald. Yes, he’s another year older and yes, he didn’t have a great year in 2018. But, here’s what he did do. He was 27th in total points and his consistency was 56% (which ranked him 31st). However, AFTER Week 7, when the Cardinals fired Mike McCoy (OC), Fitzgerald averaged 14.09 Fantasy points per game AND had a consistency rating of 78% during those games. Throw in the fact, that they draft Kyler Murray as the #1 pick and all of a sudden, we have an undervalued receiver who’s ADP is WR37 in Round 8!
