Sam Darnold OVER 1.5 Passing Touchdowns (-125 DraftKings)

The last time we saw Darnold was in a game against the Jets where they really stymied the Minnesota passing attack. That was the first game all season where Darnold didn’t have at least two passing touchdowns, but I’m going back to well this week in a potential shootout with the Detroit Lions. Detroit’s run defense has been stout, so it shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that they are one of the heaviest pass-funnel defenses in the league. Minnesota will have more success through the air than on the ground, and in a game with a total that should surpass 50 points, I like Darnold to have multiple passing scores.
