Joe Flacco, QB – IND (owned in 2% of ESPN leagues)

There wasn’t much to like about Anthony Richardson’s Week 8 start against Houston. In response, Indy has officially decided to name Joe Flacco as the starter in Week 9 against Minnesota. In his three starts this season, Flacco has a 7/1 TD/INT ratio, and 238 yards per game. This ups the Colts’ WR corps value, especially Michael Pittman. It’s hard to believe if Flacco wins, the Colts will go back to Richardson. Flacco is a nice boost at the position in all leagues.
