Lineups with the most favorable pitching matchups (in order of best to worst)

Rockies @ WAS, vs OAK

Oakland is at the bottom in nearly every pitching category AND the Rockies get them at home. Washington is a bit better than Oakland but is near the bottom in many categories as well. Colorado bats should be in your lineup in all formats.

Guardians vs KC, @ CHW

Much like the Rockies, Cleveland gets to feast on two of the league’s worst when it comes to pitching. The Guardians have the fewest home runs in MLB at 71, but they could increase that total this week.

Cubs @ CHW, @ STL

The Cubbies are 10th in the league in runs scored and have been one of the surprises of the season. Dansby Swanson is back, and Cody Bellinger has looked like his old self. The White Sox have allowed the second most home runs in baseball. While the Cards have allowed the fewest long balls, they still sport a 4.53 ERA.

Cardinals @ ARZ, vs CHW

Those Cubs/Cards games are going to have some big ownership in DFS. The Cards lineup has still scored plenty of runs as they rank in the top third of most offensive categories. Goldy and Co. should tee off this week.

A’s @ SF, @ COL

If there ever was a time to use Oakland bats, it’s this week, especially at the end. The A’s will make for some cheap Coors exposure as they play at Colorado. They also can be used in your yearly lineups as well.

Sneaky good this week

 MIA @ TB, vs DET

The Rays still own the best team ERA in baseball, but there have been some hiccups in the past few weeks. Shane McClanahan hasn’t been back to form since his IL stint. Free agent signee Zach Eflin has looked sharp overall but has tossed a few clunkers this season. The Tigers have improved but are still able to be scored on. The Marlins should have a better week than how it looks on paper.

Free Agent Adds

Alex Kirilloff, OF/1B – MIN
Available in 30% of Fantrax leagues but act quick as he’s one of the most popular adds for next week. It’s easy to see why as he’s 10 for his last 28 with 4 homers and 18 RBI as well as that top prospect post hype. Don’t forget, this guy was one of the top farmhands in all of baseball not so long ago.

Endy Rodriguez, C – PIT

He’s expected to see the majority of the action behind the dish for the Pirates upon his callup. It’s been rough so far with nine K’s in 17AB, but he did hit his first homer. He’s available in 50% of fantrax leagues, and may frustrate you at at times, but he could end up being a nice boost in deeper leagues.
