Quarterbacks

Jalen Hurts @ Ravens ($7700)

In a game with a total in the 50’s, I think both QB’s will cook but I’ll take Hurts against the lesser defense and save some bucks. Baltimore has allowed fantasy points in bunches to opposing pass offenses. I’d like this more if Devonta Smith plays, but it isn’t looking likely. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my lineups, but I can’t fault you for looking here.

Justin Herbert @ Falcons ($5600)

Another high point total (48) in this one. The Falcons allow the most fantasy points to opposing WR and the third most to opposing QB. Herbert has tallied 36 attempts in each of the last two games and the Chargers will be down J.K. Dobbins. Jim Harbaugh has finally figured out that Herbert is pretty good and seems to want to get the lead with his arm. This is most likely where I’ll go in my lineups.

Also solid options: Baker Mayfield, Bryce Young, Jayden Daniels

Running Backs

Kyren Williams @ Saints ($7200)

Coming off a clutch game in Week 12, Williams seems extremely affordable this Week. Overall, Williams is 91% consistent on the season and is clearly the focal point of the Rams’ offense. New Orleans has allowed the 7th most fantasy points to RB over the last three weeks and he’s gotten at least 15 carries in every game except one. Love the amount of volume for the price.

Rhamondre Stevenson @ Colts ($5900)

After a dismal effort in Week 12 that was more of a result of game flow than his ability Stevenson is also priced right. Indianapolis has allowed five rushing scores over the last three weeks, and has allowed the fifth most rushing yards in the league overall on the season. NE will have to get him going in order to win. With a 42-point total, Vegas isn’t looking for a shootout, which makes me like Stevenson even more.

Also solid options: Joe Mixon, Chuba Hubbard, Bucky Irving, Tony Pollard

Wide Recievers

A.J. Brown @ Ravens ($8300)

Brown figures to be the most expensive player that is a must-have in my lineup. I don’t think I can afford a stack with Hurts, but with Devonta Smith likely out, Brown is going to be heavily targeted against one of the worst defenses against fantasy wideouts. He’s seen at least seven targets each of the last three weeks, and there’s no reason he shouldn’t see at least that many this week.

Ladd McConkey ($6100)/Quentin Johnston ($5000) @ Falcons

It all comes down to who you can afford on this one. I was able to make lineups with both and feel good about them at the end. The former has emerged as one of Herbert’s favorite targets over recent weeks. Johnston is very boom or bust and hasn’t been consistent, but we have finally seen some of the big play ability he possesses. Get one of them in your lineup.

Jordan Addison vs. Cardinals ($5300) 

Addison has recorded clutch games in three out of his last four contests and seems to be feasting as defenses focus on Justin Jefferson. Arizona is in the middle of the pack against fantasy wideouts, and has seen 17 targets over the last two weeks. Based on recent performance, the price here seems very reasonable.

Other solid options: Nico Collins, Marvin Harrison Jr., Brian Thomas Jr., Michael Pittman Jr.

Tight End

Dalton Schultz @ Jaguars ($3300)

Jacksonville is bad in all facets of football, so it’s not shocking they allow the seventh most fantasy points to the tight end position. I’m not looking for huge output here, but Schultz has seen at least five targets in seven games this season. He’s yet to score a touchdown but the Jags have given up six to the position which is tied for third most in the league. I’m looking for him to get his first check in that column this week. He’s too cheap based on the matchup.

Other solid options: Cade Otton, Taysom Hill, Hunter Henry, Dallas Goedert
