On to NFL Week 16 DFS! The NFL DFS landscape is open with all kinds of opportunities and chaos. The challenge is balancing cheap value with trustworthy production. The goal is simple: stay consistent, cash in, and climb into the green.
Navigating the Slate
This week’s DFS slate is the same as others; injuries, depth chart changes, and other key roster moves have us scrambling.
Our final lineup reflects a “consistently cash” mindset — the kind of structure aimed at 50/50s and double-ups, not high-risk tournaments. It’s about profit through balance, not boom-or-bust swings.
QB – Jacoby Brissett – Arizona Cardinals ($5300)
Brissett has scored over 20 FanDuel points in each of the games he’s started, and there’s no reason to believe that won’t be the case in Week 16. He’s attempted at least 25 passes in each of the last five games, and with the running game down to Michael Carter, it should be more of the same.

RB – Bijan Robinson, Atlanta Falcons ($8700)
Robinson is an elite talent in one of the best spots on the entire slate. Over the last four weeks, the Cardinals have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to running backs! Consider this: Jawhar Jordan came out of nowhere in his NFL debut behind a Houston O-Line that is average-at-best when it comes to run blocking, and he totaled 118 yards on 17 touches (15 carries, 2 receptions). Robinson has rattled off seven straight clutch games, and he’s a cornerstone of our lineup this week.
RB – Audric Estime, New Orleans Saints ($5000)
Devin Neal was placed on IR, and it’s not looking promising for Alvin Kamara to be back. That said, Estime is a cheap play who figures to get some carries for a team going nowhere. Estime saw six touches last week and should be the early down back. For $ 5,000, he’s a solid play against a Jets team that has allowed the second-most points to fantasy RBs and given up 23 total touchdowns to the position.

WR – Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($6300)
After a two-month absence, Evans came in and received 12 targets while playing just 54 percent of the offensive snaps! The Panthers love to play single-high safety looks, and last year, Evans posted 3.20 yards per route run against those looks, per FantasyPoints Data. He crushed Carolina last year, and the price point on DraftKings is borderline criminal. I know the scoring format between FanDuel and DraftKings favors different things, but Evans is the 13th-highest priced WR on DraftKings, and the seventh-highest on FanDuel. In terms of salary, he costs 12.6% of your salary cap on DraftKings and 13.7% on FanDuel.
WR – DK Metcalf, Pittsburgh Steelers ($5400)
This scares me, I must admit. Despite boasting a 71% clutch rate for the season and logging a clutch game in four of his last five, I don’t know if you ever fully trust Metcalf. However, the matchup is too good to ignore. Detroit can push the Pittsburgh offense, and you definitely can throw it on the Lions. No team has allowed more fantasy points per game to receivers over the last four weeks than the Lions, and their commitment to playing single-high safety projects well for Metcalf. Against single-high safety looks in 2025, Metcalf has posted 2.49 yards per route run and 0.30 targets per route run, per FantasyPoints Data.
WR – Ladd McConkey, Los Angeles Chargers ($6100)
The matchup against Dallas is juicy for the entire Chargers offense. The line is banged up, but the Cowboys’ defense doesn’t stop anyone. They are allowing the most fantasy points in the league and have given up a league-high 24 receiving touchdowns as well. He’s coming off a couple of awful performances, so the Cowboys will be a welcome sight.

TE – Dalton Schultz, Houston Texans ($4200)
Dallas Goedert just posted 70 yards and two touchdowns against this Raiders defense, and Schultz has posted 10+ DraftKings points in five of his last seven. Las Vegas’ zone-heavy scheme favors Schultz, as the veteran tight end has posted 2.08 yards per route run and the same targets per route run mark (0.25) as star receiver Nico Collins, per FantasyPoints Data! Quarterback C.J. Stroud is generally better at home than on the road, so that would stand to benefit Schultz, too.

D/ST – Denver Broncos ($3200)
Denver is on a record-setting pace for sacks on the season, and has gone for double-digit FanDuel points five times. Yes, Trevor Lawrence has been on a tear the past four weeks, but it’s been against the Cardinals, Colts, Titans, and Jets. This is a road game against a great defense in a tough place to play.
