NFL Fantasy Football Week 15 is here, and in the “Under the Radar with Consistency” series, let’s find some Clutch players for your fantasy playoffs.
It’s NFL Fantasy Football Week 15, and the first round of the Fantasy Playoffs starts for most of us. Hopefully, you were fortunate enough to have a first-round bye; either way, the “Under the Radar” series is here for you. Read on to see which under-the-radar players are going to help you secure a playoff win and get you to the championship game.
For those who are new or need a refresher, here are a few key terms and definitions to help you during the season when reading.
- Clutch Factor (CF) – the average points a player needs to meet or exceed a Clutch Game based on scoring settings and league size. Think QB1, RB2, WR2, and TE1 thresholds.
- Clutch Games (CG) – weekly per-game award for a player who hits the CF factor. The more of these, the more consistent the player is.
- Clutch Rate (CR) – total of CG earned divided by total games; top fantasy players are usually > 70%.
- Football Consistency Report Tool (Scoring can be edited/Standard listed below)
- Based on 12-team leagues
- 4 points per passing touchdown
- 6 points for all other touchdowns
- 1 point per reception (PPR)
- 1 point per 20 passing yards
- 1 point per 10 rushing yards or 10 receiving yards

Fantasy Football Under the Radar (with consistency) – 12/9/2025
QB Trevor Lawrence, JAX, NFL Fantasy Football Week 15.
Due to a slow start, fantasy managers have dropped Trevor Lawrence. Hold on, three straight Clutch Games and all of a sudden, TLaw looks like a top 10 QB. The addition of Jakobi Meyers, along with Brenton Strange returning to the lineup, seems to have solidified Lawrence’s upside.
Over his past three games, Lawrence is averaging 20.4 points per game. That number has him at QB4 during that stretch (minus Jameis Winston‘s one start). A top-5 QB available in over 40% of leagues seems wild as we start up the playoffs.

Lawrence has been extremely efficient, throwing for 2+ touchdowns in each of the past three games. Additionally, he’s averaging 23.33 rushing yards per game during that stretch.
Over the next three weeks, the Jaguars face the Jets, the Broncos, and then the Colts. The Broncos game is daunting, but Lawrence is perfectly capable of dicing up the other two opponents. If I’m playing matchups at QB, I’d pick up Lawrence to have options for Week 15 and Week 17.

RB Devin Neal, NO,
The New Orleans Saints had a wild weekend, beating the division-leading Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Tampa on Sunday. It came in a game without their star RB, Alvin Kamara. Insert Devin Neal, the rookie RB from Kansas. He had 4,343 yards rushing (5,054 total yards) and 49 (54 total TDs) touchdowns in 50 career games.
Currently, Kamara is injured, and with the Saints’ season lost, there is no reason to rush him back. Neal had 70 yards rushing and a touchdown against the Buccaneers. He also added one reception for 14 yards.

Neal has had a Clutch Game in two of his last three played. During that stretch, he’s averaging 12.1 points per game, good for RB25. He’s assumed a workhorse role over that time, but it’s still wise to monitor Kamra’s health status before picking Neal up.
I drafted quite a bit of Neal in Dynasty Leagues, knowing that age is creeping up fast on Kamara. In redraft leagues, this situation has silly-season written all over it. If Kamara does indeed sit, Neal could be a playoff winner for teams looking for an RB2 or FLEX.
OTHER Low Rostered Options: Jaylen Warren (59%), Devin Singletary (25%), Dylan Sampson (12%)
WR Luther Burden, CHI,
There were several good rookie WRs drafted this year, and Luther Burden appears poised to make the end-of-season jump for the Bears. Rome Odunze is considered week-to-week, and D.J. Moore has been ineffective, leaving Burden a massive opportunity. Three straight weeks, Burden has set a new career high in snap percentage, hitting 71% in Week 14.
For the season, it’s been rough for Burden in terms of consistency. He’s currently at 17% but that can be attributed to the aforementioned lack of playing time. Rookies take a little time to acclimate to the pro game, but we’ve seen end-of-season pushes from guys like Justin Jefferson and Amon-Ra St. Brown, who were league winners.

(2025 Statistics: 17% CR, WR77: 6.5 PPG, 17% Rostered on Yahoo!)
Fresh off a Week 14 Clutch Game, Burden faces a tough slate, with Green Bay twice and Cleveland sandwiched in between. For the Championship week, he gets the 49ers in San Francisco. Despite the tough matchups, Burden is perched atop the WR pecking order in Chicago, and his volume alone will help fantasy managers in need of a FLEX.
Burden has even received a carry in each of his last three games, indicating he’s becoming a featured player within Ben Johnson’s offense. I believed before the season that Burden was brought in to replace Moore in this offense, but I thought it would most likely be next season. Well, Christmas is coming early for Burden believers as he’s a top WR waiver target this week.
WR Pat Bryant, DEN, NFL Fantasy Football Week 15.
Courtland Sutton is less than 100 yards away from passing Ed McCaffrey on the all-time Broncos receiving yardage list. He’s the WR1 in Denver; it’s unquestioned. But, who’s the WR2? The position is highly profitable, but early on, it appeared Troy Franklin was running away with it. Over the past three weeks, it’s been the rookie Pat Bryant ramping up.
Going even further back, Bryant has averaged 43.16 receiving yards per game over the past six weeks. Over the past three, he’s averaging 5+ targets and has boosted his receiving yardage to 52 per game.

Before the season, Sean Payton had high praise for Bryant, likening him to legendary Saints’ WR Michael Thomas. As I mentioned in the blurb about Burden, rookies tend to acclimate slowly. If Bryant is taking off, you want to be on the rocket ship when he does.
Shoutout to Bob Lung, who mentioned Bryant several times over the past few weeks as a “stash”. I don’t want to miss out on the next WR blowup, and even if he’s riding the pine on my fantasy teams, that’s better than allowing an opponent to pick him up.
OTHER Low Rostered Options: Elic Ayomanor (15%), John Metchie III (8%), Jalen Coker (4%)
TE Mike Gesicki, CIN, NFL Fantasy Football Week 15.
I like Harold Fannin Jr. a lot…go pick him up. Okay, Fannin plug done, let’s move on to a value TE. Mike Gesicki, who missed time earlier in the season, is back to full health and will make some noise down the stretch.
Coming off of his first Clutch Game of the season, a 20.6 point performance against the Bills, Gesicki is a nice Red Zone option for Joe Burrow. In the four games that Joe Burrow has played this year, Gesicki has 6 Red Zone targets.

Gesicki has proven useful in years past and, when he missed time this season, his backup, Noah Fant, had some nice games as well. With defenses paying extreme attention to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, he’ll have a ton of opportunity to operate in the middle of the field without heavy coverage.
The TE position has been rough. If you’re looking for a dart throw, then Gesicki is it. The Bengals are back to being explosive again with Burrow at the helm, and he’s shown to have a rapport with Gesicki, especially around the goal line.
