Week 11 in NFL Fantasy Football means we need to take a look at Week 10’s “Who’s Hot & Who’s Not” based on the consistency model.

10 weeks of the NFL season have passed, and it’s time to really dig in on the performances of these players. In this week’s edition of Who’s Hot and Who’s Not, we’ll dive into standout performances in recent weeks from Matthew Stafford and Woody Marks, while determining the appropriate level of concern for Keenan Allen and DK Metcalf.

Who’s Hot & Who’s Not – 11/11/2025 – Week 11 NFL Fantasy Football
Who’s Hot!
Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Despite offering zero with his legs, Stafford has been a reliable quarterback this season, in terms of points scored AND consistency. He became the first player in NFL history with four touchdowns and zero interceptions in three straight games, and during this streak of clutch games, he’s the QB3 in fantasy points per game!
Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings
In three games since returning from injury, take a look at the usage between Jones and Jordan Mason:
- Jones: 56.3% snap share, 39.7% of the team’s carries, 50.0% routes run per team dropback
- Mason: 38.9% snap share, 31.0% of the team’s carries, 16.7% routes run per team dropback
Jones appears to be the unquestioned RB1 for the team. I’m confident in saying that. Also, his reliable work in the passing game elevates his floor in PPR leagues. He’s logged a clutch game more often than not this season, making him the more trusted back in Minnesota.
Woody Marks, Houston Texans
Has the Woody Marks takeover arrived? I think so! In Week 10, Marks played 78.3% of the snaps, handled 63.6% of the team’s carries, and ran a route on 42.9% of the team’s dropbacks, per FantasyPoints. He’s recorded 10+ fantasy points in three of his four games after the team’s bye week, and his clutch rate is creeping closer and closer to 50%.
Who’s Not!
Keenan Allen, Los Angeles Chargers
Allen has recorded 10 or fewer fantasy points in three straight, and in four of his last five! Over his last three games, he’s averaged just 34.7 yards per game, and his routes run per dropback have dipped below 55%, per FantasyPoints. The strong start to the season seems like a mirage at this point. However, the silver lining here is that he gets the Jaguars, Raiders, and Cowboys across the next five weeks.
D.K. Metcalf, Pittsburgh Steelers
Metcalf has just five catches for 41 yards on 11 targets over the last two weeks. He has posted 0.67 yards per route run over the last two weeks. YIKES! Furthermore, Aaron Rodgers has a 17.6 passer rating when targeting Metcalf, per FantasyPoints. Better days should be ahead, but it could be a bit inconsistent. The team’s top wideout is firmly in the touchdown-dependent category at this point.
T.J. Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings
Hockenson has just one clutch game on the season. Honestly, I’m not sure there’s much to be excited about moving forward. Hockenson’s 14.3% target share and 0.93 yards per route run are incredibly underwhelming. Furthermore, his pass block rate would be his second-highest mark in the past half-decade, per PFF. Unfortunately, he’s an afterthought in the offense at the moment, and the Vikings have attempted 25 or fewer passes in three of four J.J. McCarthy starts this season.
