Week 6 in NFL Fantasy Football means we need to take a look at Week 5’s “Who’s Hot & Who’s Not” based on the consistency model.
Each week, Colby Conway gives his insights on the consistency of the players in your season-long leagues! Find out who’s been (HOT) consistent and (NOT HOT) inconsistent in order to help you make waiver wire claims and start/sit decisions for Week 6 NFL Fantasy Football.
Five weeks of the NFL season have passed, and fantasy managers are doing their best to have rational reactions to the first quarter of the season. However, I’ll urge you not to get too high or too low quite yet. In this week’s edition of Who’s Hot and Who’s Not, we’ll dive into standout performances from Justin Fields and Marvin Harrison Jr., while determining the appropriate level of concern for a few rookies, including Denver running back RJ Harvey.
Don’t forget, you can see how consistent your players are in your league with your scoring method by checking the Consistency Report.

Who’s Hot & Who’s Not – 10/7/2025 – Week 6 NFL Fantasy Football
Who’s Hot! Week 6 NFL Fantasy Football.
Justin Fields, New York Jets
With an excellent fantasy performance against Dallas, Fields is up to 75 percent consistent on the year! His production with his legs indeed elevates his floor, and should help keep him consistent for most of the season. Despite the fantasy production not always passing the eye test, but hey, fantasy points are fantasy points, despite how it may look! As a passer, his 79.4 adjusted completion percentage is higher than that of Justin Herbert and Matthew Stafford. Furthermore, his 0.69 fantasy points per dropback trails only Lamar Jackson amongst QBs who have played in at least four games.
Cam Skattebo, New York Giants
Skattebo is averaging nearly 14 fantasy points per game, and he’s reached double-digits in four straight. He’s dominating the workload out of the backfield of late. With his production, the Giants may have a hard time going back to any sort of a 50/50 split between the two. Albeit just 3.45 YPC over the last two weeks, he has a solid 0.15 missed tackles forced per attempt, per Fantasy Points, and a whopping 19.9 expected fantasy points per game. However, one downgrade for him is that his upcoming schedule is brutal (Philadelphia x2, Denver). That’s a really, really rough stretch for the rookie.
Marvin Harrison Jr., Arizona Cardinals
Harrison has put up 13+ fantasy points in back-to-back games. We are finally seeing the elite version of him that has yet to be unleashed. Over the last two weeks, he has 42.3% of the team’s air yards, and 2.22 yards per route run, per FantasyPoints. Furthermore, he has a favorable schedule ahead, including matchups with Dallas and Indianapolis. However, questions still linger with him, but I like his consistency streak to continue. Let the good, consistent times roll!
Who’s Not! Week 6 NFL Fantasy Football.
RJ Harvey, Denver Broncos
Harvey has a 31.1 percent snap share through five weeks, per Fantasy Points. Unfortunately, Harvey’s elite usage in Week 4 is looking more and more like an anomaly. The rookie has just one clutch game on the season. Consistency will be hard to come by until he gets more work. At the end of the day, until the workload increases, clutch games are going to be hard to come by for Harvey. Thank you, Sean Payton, and your maddening ways.
A.J. Brown, Philadelphia Eagles
Philadelphia threw the ball over 80 percent of the time last week, and Brown still didn’t reach double-digit fantasy points! Kevin Patullo looks a bit overmatched as the team’s OC, to say the least. Currently, Brown’s 1.14 yards per route run and 11.2 aDOT (per Pro Football Focus) would unquestionably be the lowest marks in his career. The star receiver has just one clutch game on the year. One! ONE!
Elijah Arroyo, Seattle Seahawks
This recent emergence of AJ Barner doesn’t bode well for Arroyo, who has yet to reach double-digit fantasy points in a game this season. Barner’s route share has been trending up, whereas Arroyo’s has slightly trended down, while being relatively inconsistent. The Seattle passing attack is humming, but the rookie breakout for Arroyo is going to have to wait.
