Nick Chubb OVER 13.5 Rushing Attempts
Chubb handled 13 carries in the season-opening loss to the Rams, and on Tuesday of this week, Head Coach DeMeco Ryans gushed over Chubb, saying he liked what he saw from him and that they’d love to see him get the ball more. Yes, four different running backs touched the ball in Week 1, but let’s take a look at each one:
- Nick Chubb: 13 carries, 4.6 YPC.
- Dare Ogunbowale: Two carries, 4.50 YPC, lost key fumble in 4th quarter
- Dameon Pierce: Three carries, 1.67 YPC.
- Woody Marks: Three carries, 1.00 YPC.
Ryans is going to stress running the ball, and Chubb has already solidified himself as the lead back. Week 2 NFL Prop Picks.
Brenton Strange OVER 31.5 Receiving Yards
Strange caught all four of his targets for 59 yards in Week 1, and given the matchup, this line seems low. In Week 1, no team allowed more receptions to the tight end position than the Bengals, and they were one of only two teams to allow 100 yards to tight ends. Trevor Lawrence posted a 118.8 passer rating when targeting Strange, per Fantasy Points’ Data Suite, so expect another good day for the Jacksonville tight end in Week 2.
TreVeyon Henderson OVER 17.5 Receiving Yards
Henderson caught all six of his targets for 24 yards in his NFL debut, and Jonathan Taylor just caught three balls for 27 yards last week against the Dolphins. Last season, Taylor had 27 or more receiving yards in just one game! The rookie saw a 13 percent target share in Week 1, and New England will continue to find ways to get him the ball.
DeVonta Smith OVER 59.5 Receiving Yards
Get in on this before the line moves too much more! Goedert missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday, and in the seven games Goedert missed last season, Smith handled a 27 percent target share, per Fantasy Points. Furthermore, he averaged 6.1 targets and 69.6 yards per game across those seven contests. Philly already has one of the most concentrated target trees in the league, and Smith should be featured early and often in this Super Bowl rematch.

Travis Etienne OVER 16 Rushing Attempts
Tank Bigsby was dealt after the Week 1 win, so there’s one less guy taking touches from Etienne. He finished the day with 16, and I look for him to get over that number in Week 2. Bayshul Tuten and Le’Quint Allen will get a few looks here and there, but Etienne is the guy.
Josh Allen OVER 230.5 Passing Yards
Allen went nuclear against Baltimore in a big comeback win Sunday night. The Jets allowed Ol’ Man Rodgers to look like his old Green Bay self in Week 1, and even he threw for more than 231 yards. It shouldn’t be an issue for Allen this week.
Mike Evans Anytime TD
The Texans allowed 16 grabs for 221 yards to WRs in Week 1. The Bucs got the win, but it wasn’t pretty on offense in their first outing. The total for this game sits at 42.5, which seems a little low for me. I’m looking for Mike Evans to hit paydirt at least once and for the Bucs’ passing game to get going.
Michael Penix Jr. OVER 11.5 Rushing Yards
This seems to be one of the safer plays this week. The Vikings’ defense is going to make it rough on the Falcons through the air, especially with Drake London and Darnell Mooney banged up. He ran for 21 yards and a score in Week 1, and he’s going to have to run this week to keep Atlanta in the game.
