Fantasy ADP Risers and Fallers: TreVeyon Henderson, Wheels Up!

Fantasy football redraft season is upon us! This week, I continue tracking the fantasy ADP (Average Draft Position) risers and fallers. With more clarity on depth charts and playing time, let’s take a look at what’s notable and what’s not.
The NFL preseason wraps up this week, which will give us a much clearer look at team depth charts. Resting starters or getting reps with the starters in the preseason games have a huge impact on ADP.
Suspensions, off-the-field issues, and injuries also affect ADP as well as the preseason games. Knowing a player’s value is crucial during draft season. This is when fantasy drafters need to be aware of every piece of information that allows them to make the correct picks in their drafts.

Fantasy Football ADP Updates (with consistency) – 8/18/2025 Fantasy Football: ADP
RB TreVeyon Henderson NE Fantasy ADP Risers.
The New England Patriots found themselves a gem in this year’s NFL Draft with TreVeyon Henderson. He was already a top 3 running back in this class, and he’s making moves to overtake Omarion Hampton as the RB2. He’s one of the top fantasy ADP risers this week, up over 21 spots.
Henderson has been balling out in the preseason, seemingly one highlight after another. I wrote about him here and here already, going back to early July. This past week, he had 20 yards rushing and a touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings, and the week before, he took his first-ever NFL touch 100 yards for a touchdown (a kickoff return).

(ADP +21.3, pick 60.2, Rostered 90.1% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Henderson’s rise in ADP has him moving up in fantasy drafts. In college, Henderson ran for 3,761 yards, caught 77 passes for 853 receiving yards, and scored 48 total touchdowns at Ohio State over 4 seasons (47 games).
As I mentioned last week when Henderson was moving up, he’s hovering around the low-end RB2 value in ADP. I’m 100% in on him at that price. I’m good with him moving up a couple more spots ahead of players like James Conner (RB18), Chuba Hubbard (RB17), and fellow rookie Hampton (RB16).
RB Quinshon Judkins CLE
The Cleveland Browns received some great news this past week on their rookie running back, Quinshon Judkins. He had criminal charges against him dropped, and he can now sign his contract with Cleveland. As of August 18th, the team and Judkins have yet to reach any such agreement, though.
Fantasy managers who are drafting haven’t let the contract dispute stop the hype train. Judkins has shot up as a fantasy ADP riser this week, over 27 spots! He was a college teammate of Henderson at Ohio State, where they won a National Championship together last season. Both dominated at the collegiate level.
(ADP +27.7, pick 119.7, Rostered 76.1% on ESPN redraft/snake)
The Browns drafted Judkins in 2nd round, two picks ahead of Henderson in this year’s NFL Draft (36th to 38th). Judkins and Henderson should be much closer in ADP; currently, they are 60 spots apart. The discrepancy is due to the issues surrounding Judkins off the field. Judkins ran for 3,785 yards, caught 59 passes for 442 receiving yards, and scored 50 total touchdowns between Ole Miss and Ohio State over 3 seasons (42 games).
Judkins showcased a 3-down back skillset during his collegiate career. If it weren’t for the issues outside of the building, then he would be in that RB2 range along with Henderson. You can rarely get such upside in the 10th round. Yes, there is some risk, but at this point, with the criminal charges dropped, I’m taking the swing.
RB Joe Mixon HOU
There have been no new updates from the Houston Texans regarding Joe Mixon. Previous news on Mixon had him in a walking boot, and he was placed on the NFI (Non-Football Injury List). Both pieces of news have lowered his ADP.
Mixon has been in the RB1 conversation every year that he’s been healthy. Last season was no different for Mixon as he finished tied for RB8 in points per game with Josh Jacobs (17.2 PPG). Additionally, he had a 64% Clutch Rate (CR) finishing with 9 clutch games in 14 played. Mixon was recently voted as the 58th best player in the NFL for 2025 (as voted on by the players).

(ADP -24.9, pick 90.8, Rostered 91.4% on ESPN redraft/snake)
There have been rumors circulating about Washington running back Brian Robinson Jr. being traded to Houston. The team attempted to address the running back position by signing Nick Chubb this offseason, then they drafted Woody Marks in the 4th round during this year’s NFL Draft.
This is an extremely high-risk, high-reward situation. Mixon is being drafted as the RB27 in the 7th round of fantasy drafts. He’s been a fantasy ADP riser in the past and could outperform that. But the possibility that he’s an absolute zero for this season is too much for me.
RB Kaleb Johnson PIT Fantasy ADP Risers.
The Pittsburgh Steelers decided to let once-promising running back Najee Harris walk in the offseason (he signed with the Los Angeles Chargers). The reason behind that decision was the Steelers’ belief in their holdover, Jaylen Warren, along with rookie Kaleb Johnson (3rd Round), to lead their backfield.
Johnson comes into Pittsburgh with an impressive college resume from his time at Iowa. During his last season there (his Junior year), he ran for 1,537 yards, caught 22 passes for 188 yards, and scored 23 total touchdowns. Johnson’s play got him selected as a second-team Associated Press All-American and the Big Ten running back of the year.
(ADP -14.0, pick 104.6, Rostered 84.3% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Over the last 2 preseason games, Warren has rested (as starters tend to do), Kenneth Gainwell started as the RB1 in the games (as the RB2 on the depth chart normally does), and Johnson was the 3rd back in the game. He even played into the 3rd quarter, which is not a good sign.
The Steelers have gone all-in on winning this season. That mentality led them to sign Aaron Rodgers, Darius Slay, and trade for D.K. Metcalf and Jalen Ramsey. That means the fear of Johnson having an extremely short leash is very real. In the 8th round, I prefer Judkins (RB33), J.K. Dobbins (RB32), and even Warren (RB31) ahead of Johnson.
RB Tony Pollard TEN
Savvy fantasy managers are in on Tony Pollard this season. Henceforth, he’s a fantasy ADP riser this week, and he’s up over 14 spots and looks to be a value in the early 8th round. News that Tyjae Spears, Pollard’s top running back competition, is set to miss time has pushed Pollard up.
Pollard has more than opportunity; he’s a proven RB2. He had over 300 touches last season (back-to-back seasons over that mark) and finished as RB22 in points per game (12.5, RB21 overall). Last year marked the 3rd straight year that Pollard went over 1,000 yards rushing. He’s also caught at least 39 passes in each of the past 4 years.
(ADP +14.3, pick 86.1, Rostered 86.3% on ESPN redraft/snake)
Pollard’s consistent health allowed him to put up a 56% CR last season. Additionally, he’s played in 15+ games every year of his career. Furthermore, this upcoming season, the Tennessee Titans will have an upgraded offense led by rookie quarterback Cam Ward. By and large, an upgrade for Pollard overall.
Pollard is underrated as a pass catcher; he’s had 40+ targets every season of his career except his rookie season. Accordingly, that gives him an edge in battling other running backs for the top 24 spots. He’s rightfully passed Tyrone Tracy, Johnson, and Brian Robinson Jr. in ADP. By season’s end, he’ll have outperformed them as well as Isiah Pacheco and D’Andre Swift.
RB Cam Skattebo NYG Fantasy ADP Risers.
When grading the running backs in this year’s NFL Draft Class, many analysts had Cam Skattebo near the top. Those grades were due to his production at Arizona State, which was otherworldly this past season. Drafted in the 4th round, Skattebo doesn’t have much competition for backfield touches (Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Devin Singletary).
Skattebo was a one-man wrecking crew last season. He was a first-team Associated Press All-American, and he finished 5th in voting for the Heisman Trophy. He also finished second in all of the FBS with 1,711 rushing yards and 2,316 all-purpose yards. Skattebo also scored a school record 21 rushing touchdowns.
(ADP -11.3, pick 126.8, Rostered 77.1% on ESPN redraft/snake)
A recent hamstring injury has dampened the hype train for Skattebo, allowing Tracy to lay claim to the RB1 role in New York. Despite the injury, missing practices and preseason games, Skattebo has enough skill to seize the RB1 job.
His pedigree has shown that he can be a workhorse, and the Giants drafted him with that intention. Due to that, I like Skattebo a lot at his cost, in the 11th round. He has the ceiling of a fantasy RB2, but his current ADP has him as a low-end RB3.
